Our on-site program is personalized fitness delivered by professional coaches in an awesome community. Because this program is built around an assessment of your current starting point and your personal goals, it will optimize your fitness no matter what level you are currently at. In rare cases we work with advanced fitness enthusiasts and competitors who train off-site. This program provides monthly on-site visits to train and meet with your coach. Access to training equipment and a solid understand of the fundamentals of fitness training is required.

NUTRITION

Personalized nutrition delivered by certified nutrition coaches. This program provides monthly or bi-monthly on-site visits to meet with your coach, daily, ongoing support via the web and regular body composition analysis to keep your nutrition on-track with accountability.

SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS

Our highly trained staff hosts a variety of seminars and workshops throughout the year. Topics range from lifestyle, nutrition and goal-setting to specific modes of fitness such as Olympic Weightlifting, Rowing, Powerlifting or Endurance Running. We also host an annual functional fitness athlete training camp plus local and regional competitions where you can test your fitness.
